All-Inkl
We host the content of our website at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. Details on data processing can be found in All-Inkl’s privacy policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/

The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable website provision). We have concluded an order processing contract (AVV) with All-Inkl in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set without consent. All other cookies (analysis, fonts, external services) are only activated after your express consent via Borlabs Cookie.

We use Borlabs Cookie to obtain and document cookie consents in compliance with the GDPR.

The hoster All-Inkl automatically stores the following data in server log files:

Contact form
Information from the contact form will be stored to process your request and will not be passed on without your consent.

Product configurator
Our product configurator enables the non-binding configuration of products and subsequent inquiry via contact form. It does not trigger a binding order.

At the end of the configuration process, you can enter your contact details (name, e-mail, telephone if applicable) so that we can process your request. This data will only be used to process the configuration request and will not be passed on to third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Storage period: until final processing of the request.

Request by e-mail or telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and will not be passed on without your consent.

5. analysis tools

Matomo (self-hosted)
This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo, which is operated exclusively on our own servers (All-Inkl). Analysis data remains with us and is not passed on to third parties.

Matomo records, among other things: Page views, length of visit, URL of origin, approximate location (anonymized IP), browser type and operating system.

IP anonymization: Active – your IP address is shortened before analysis and can no longer be clearly assigned to you.

Matomo is only activated after you have given your express consent via the cookie banner. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by deleting the Matomo cookie.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 para. 1 TDDDG (consent).

Borlabs Cookie

Wordfence (security plugin)
Provider: Defiant Inc, 800 5th Ave Ste 4100, Seattle, WA 98104, USA.

Wordfence protects our website from cyberattacks by comparing access attempts with a threat database. IP addresses may be transferred to servers in the USA.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the website). Insofar as consent has been requested: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Yoast SEO
Provider: Yoast BV, Don Emanuelstraat 3, 6602 GX Wijchen, The Netherlands.

Yoast SEO is used for technical search engine optimization in the WordPress backend. No personal data of website visitors is processed, no cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in technical website optimization).

WPML (multilingual plugin)
Provider: OnTheGoSystems Limited, 22/F, 3 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

WPML enables the multilingual display of the website. It sets technically necessary cookies (e.g. “_icl_current_language”) to store the selected language. These do not contain any personal data.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free operation of the multilingual website).

WP Configurator
The WP Configurator plugin is used for our product configurator and is operated exclusively on our own servers. No personal data is transferred to third parties. Section 4 applies to the data processed as part of the configuration request.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR.

WooCommerce
Provider: WooCommerce is a plugin from Automattic Inc, 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA.

We use WooCommerce as the technical basis for our product configurator. No purchase transactions with payment data are processed via WooCommerce; the configurator is used exclusively for non-binding product inquiries (no binding order process).

WooCommerce can process the following data for technical reasons:
– Product selections entered in the configurator
– Contact data that you voluntarily enter at the end of the configuration (name, e-mail, telephone if applicable)
– Technical session data (session cookies such as woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_)

WooCommerce session cookies are technically necessary and are set without separate consent. They are used exclusively for the technical function of the configurator and are deleted at the end of the browser session.

Automattic is an active participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which guarantees legally compliant data transfer to the USA. Privacy policy of Automattic: https://automattic.com/privacy/

Adobe Fonts (Adobe Typekit)
Provider: Adobe Inc, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA.

We use Adobe Fonts (formerly Adobe Typekit) for the uniform display of fonts on our website. Each time a page is accessed, the required fonts are loaded via Adobe servers in the USA. Technical data – possibly including the visitor’s IP address – is transmitted to Adobe in the process.

Adobe states that it does not set any cookies when loading the fonts. The purpose of the data collected is merely to identify the website and the associated Adobe Fonts account. However, since Adobe is a US company and IP address processing cannot be completely ruled out, Adobe Fonts will only be loaded via our cookie banner after you have given your express consent.
